Brief instructions on how to create a convenient shortcut to the login page of Dragones CRM on Desktop (Chromium Browers), iOS, & Android.

Dragones CRM is a web based application that is supported by all modern browsers. You can access Dragones CRM from any desktop or mobile device by navigating to the web address of your instance of Dragones CRM. All instances of the CRM application have their own dedicated web address whether it is in the Dragones Software cloud hosted environment or in your company's datacenter. Connecting to the CRM from outside of your company's internal network may be restricted by management at your company.

Begin by getting the dedicated web address of your instance of Dragones CRM from your company's management or by emailing [email protected]. Then follow the specific instructions for your device type from the information below.

Instructions for iOS devices:

  1. While viewing the CRM login page, tap (the share icon) in the menu bar.

  2. Scroll down the list of options, then tap "Add to Home Screen". Note: If you don’t see Add to Home Screen, you can add it. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, tap Edit Actions, then tap Add to Home Screen.

In Safari, the Share button on a website has been tapped, displaying a list of options, including Add to Home Screen.
