Dragones CRM supports automatically synchronizing the Customer/Sales Rep relationships from the Steel Plus ERP to Company/User relationships in the CRM application.

In order to automatically synchronize the relationships, you must first create a User/ Steel Plus Sales Rep relationship in the CRM User record. Navigate to Settings/Users then select edit on a user record.

Populate the Steel Plus Rep IDs field with a comma separated list of the corresponding Steel Plus Rep IDs for this specific user. (The Sales Rep IDs are defined in Steel Plus in “Accounts Receivable > Master Files > Sales Reps") Note that Dragones CRM supports multiple Rep IDs due to legacy data in many Steel Plus instances where users have separate Outside and Inside Sales Rep IDs.

Once the User/ Steel Plus Sales Rep relationships are created the CRM application will automatically create Company/User assignment relationships based on Steel Plus data.

A company can be assigned to up to 3 users with our current configuration with steel plus. In a future CRM release you will have the option to add more through the 'backup sales reps' feature in Steel Plus.

In the Steel Plus customer maintenance screen there are 3 fields that are mapped to the Sales Rep IDs. These are the fields that automatically create company assignments in Dragones CRM. The CRM does not care which field is used; all assignments are treated the same.
